Having worked together since the 1990’s, the Team predates the management services company of today which, was founded in 2015. From the manufacturing days through the transition to real estate, core members of our team have played a significant role in shaping the vision, culture and success of the organization.

Kunal Sagar, Director

Kunal is a promoter of NMS and a Promoter Director in Nirlon Ltd (NL) and has been on the Board of NL since 1995. He and Rahul have been instrumental in restructuring NL and extricating it from BIFR (bankruptcy). They subsequently conceptualized and developed Nirlon Knowledge Park (NKP) at the erstwhile factory location, pivoting NL to its current business.

Prior to joining NL, he worked with the Republic National Bank of New York in the United States from 1990 to 1994.

Kunal has a BA in Economics and International Relations from Brown University.

 
 

Rahul Sagar, Director

Rahul is a promoter of NMS as well as Promoter, Executive Director & CEO of Nirlon Ltd. and has been on the Board of NL since 2006. He and Kunal have been instrumental in restructuring NL and extricating it from BIFR (bankruptcy). They subsequently conceptualized and developed Nirlon Knowledge Park (NKP) at the erstwhile factory location, pivoting NL to its current business.

Prior to joining NL, he was CEO of Sempertrans Nirlon Pvt. Ltd. (a JV between NL and an Austrian multinational), which he turned around from a loss making unit to a highly profitable Company.

He has a BA in Economics from Boston University.

 
 

Dileep Pandya

  • Dileep has been associated with NL since 1983. He has successfully led the development of all phases of Nirlon Knowledge Park and is currently leads execution & development function for NMS. He has relevant experience of over 39 years.

    Dileep has a Diploma in Civil Engineering. He has also completed Executive courses on Sustainable Cities and Affordable Housing from Erasmus University, Rotterdam.

Vikas Rawat

  • Vikas has been with NL since 2009 and leads the Property Management function at Nirlon Knowledge Park. Prior to joining Nirlon, he was associated with Oracle and Capgemini.

    Vikas is an ex-Army officer with over 25 years of real estate experience. He has a Masters in Corporate Real Estate. He has also completed Executive courses on Sustainable Cities and Affordable Housing from Erasmus University, Rotterdam. and has relevant experience of over 35 years.

Jasmin Bhavsar

  • Jasmin has been associated with Nirlon Ltd. since 2006 and leads the Compliance, Legal, and Corporate Secretarial function for Nirlon Ltd. Prior to that, he was associated with Nesco Ltd. and Enercon (India) Ltd. and has over 25 years of experience.

    Jasmin is a M.Com., LL.M, FCS, MBA & Diploma in Real Estate Management.

Manish Parikh

  • Manish heads the Accounts, Finance and Taxation functions at Nirlon. he has been associated with the group since 1986 and has over 30 years of experience in finance, taxation & related fields.

    Manish has a B.Com. from Mumbai University

Ashish Bharadia

  • Ashish leads Business Development and Investor Relations functions at NMS. Prior to NMS, he was associated with K. Raheja Corp and Mahajan & Aibara. He has led transactions and has over 16 years of experience in structuring, valuations, due diligence, and feasibility studies in the real estate sector. He has navigated a range of buy and sell side deals worth over Rs. 1,600 cr.

    Ashish is a CA and a graduate from from Mumbai University. He has also completed Executive courses on Sustainable Cities and Affordable Housing from Erasmus University, Rotterdam.

Sanjay Gupta

  • Sanjay heads the Procurement & Contracts for NMS. He has been with Nirlon since 2011. Prior to joining NL, he was at Sempertrans Nirlon Pvt. Ltd. (a JV company) for over 10 years where he handled corporate planning, exports & imports. Before NL, he was associated with Modi Cements.

    Sanjay has a Masters in Arts (Economics & Sociology), M.Phil. (Economics) and PGDBM (Foreign Trade).

Sunil Patil

  • Sunil leads the Approvals and Regulatory aspects of the business. He has been associated with Nirlon since 1985 and has over 33 years of experience in various fields like accounts, finance and liaising.

    He is a B.Com. from Mumbai University. He has also completed Executive courses on Sustainable Cities and Affordable Housing from Erasmus University, Rotterdam.

Mahesh Thakare

  • Mahesh heads the Information Technology department at NMSPL. He has been associated with the group since 1994 and has over 25 years of experience in I.T.

    Mahesh has a diploma in Civil Engineering and done various courses and passed exams related to I.T. from Institutions like NIIT, Microsoft etc.
