Nirlon Knowledge Park has been designed bearing in mind stringent international safety and environmental standards and is certified by IGBC and WELL Building Standards.
The park has over 1000 trees, most of which have been retained from the original factory land, the buildings are clad with clay tiles, and the sewage water treatment plant ensures that the lush landscaped areas are maintained with reused water - to name a few examples of our commitment to the environment.
LEED
The LEED certification of green rating for different types of buildings is given by the IGBC & UGBC (Indian / US Green Building Council). LEED stands for Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design. A leading-edge system for designing, constructing, operating and certifying India's green buildings. Through the IGBC, NKP has received LEED certification.

WELL Building Standard - Health-Safety Rating is an internationally recognized certification that demonstrates that the real estate property has been built and is being operated at an environmentally and employee friendly level, that is beneficial for all stakeholders.
